Yes things are hotting up for WCAD 2013
Yes things are hotting up for WCAD 2013. Some events have happened more to follow. From Drama and Poetry in Edinburgh, Chinese New Year Parade in Canada, lots of events in Aberdeenshire, fully booked workshops in England, plus so much more. Australia, Canada, Israel, Ireland, Spain. Wales, on and on it goes. It is all so inspiring.
And more surprises to come.
Charnwood Arts will launch a new web publication, England
Charnwood Arts will launch a new web publication on Sunday 17th to celebrate World Community Arts Day. ‘Voices Beyond Borders’ relates the experiences of young people from the ‘Dreamers’ youth group in Loughborough. These young people are among the 1,000 or so children and young people arriving unaccompanied in the UK every year as a consequence of war, immediate threat or persecution in their home countries.

In honour of World Community Arts Day 2013 we would like to invite you to a networking event to discuss and map socially engaged arts practices in Galway County.
At this event we aim to open a discussion about the beneficial arts practices that are currently taking place across Galway.
Artists, arts workers, community organisations, arts organisations, therapists, facilitators, and members of the public are welcome to join us to take part in a facilitated and informal conversational meeting.

Hi Everyone, would just like to draw your attention to the event local Edinburgh Charity Upward Mobility are putting on in aid of WCAD. We aim to create an exhibition in a day! can it be done?… We are hosting the event on the 15th February as our students only attend through the week. Would be amazing if more people wanted to get involved!
