Charnwood Arts will launch a new web publication on Sunday 17th to celebrate World Community Arts Day. ‘Voices Beyond Borders’ relates the experiences of young people from the ‘Dreamers’ youth group in Loughborough. These young people are among the 1,000 or so children and young people arriving unaccompanied in the UK every year as a consequence of war, immediate threat or persecution in their home countries.
